Data Control Plan
All data will be shared and stored via shared network drives, secure email, and project team meetings.
Requirements Plan
Project requirements will be assessed throughout the life of the project. If any changes substantively impact the project, the PMP will be updated.
Budget Control Plan
Budget assessment will occur at the following project milestones: engineer scope, contract award, charging station purchase, before and after each charging station installation. The project has a no-go budget and if costs exceed this amount the project management plan will need to be revised.
Communication Plan
The project team will engage in regular communication with internal and external stakeholders. Internal and external communication plans are detailed in the PMP.
Control Plans
The Project Management Plan includes control plans for managing data, requirements, budget and communication.
